A single vehicle collision on Thursday (dec9) has led to charges for an Innisfil man.
Just before midnight on Lockhart Road near the 20th Sideroad a vehicle was located in the ditch on its roof.
South Simcoe Police say the driver was located inside the vehicle.
As a result of an investigation, a 57 year old Innisfil resident has been arrested and charged with Operation While Impaired.
His license was suspended for 90 days, his vehicle impounded for 7.
He was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
