A COVID-19 vaccination policy is going before Council in Innisfil on tonight (dec 8 ).
The proposed policy would apply to all employees, including members of Council.
If passed, failure to comply could result in disciplinary action, including termination.
Fully and partially vaccinated employees would be required to provide proof of vaccination.
Those unable to receive the shot can submit an exemption.
They would however be required to complete mandatory COVID-19 vaccination education and twice weekly testing, which would be at employees expense.
