Tottenham residents will have a third grocery store option by the middle of the month.
On December 16 the long awaited No Frills Store will open on Mill Street East next to the new plaza.
Construction on the Loblaw Company subsidiary began in the spring of this year.
Other businesses in the new plaza include a pharmacy and various medical offices.
