The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit is reporting 14 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in South Simcoe in the last day (nov 29).

There were 61 confirmed cases in Simcoe County with 30 from Barrie.
There are now 116 active cases in South Simcoe, down 10 since Monday (nov 29) with 6 cases in hospital which is down 2.
With kids aged 5-11 now eligible for vaccine, the health unit still shows 78% of residents of Simcoe Muskoka have had their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine with 75% fully vaccinated.
