The rising case count of COVID-19 have forced the areas top doctor to start laying down some rules.
Dr. Charles Gardner is the Chief Medical Officer of Health with the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit.
He says he will be re-issuing 2 letters of instruction for workplace and public venue safety, with a few changes.
One change will include 12 year old’s requiring proof of vaccination to play indoor sports, the coaches and instructors will also be required to show proof.
Dr. Gardner is also issuing an order under the Health Protection and Promotion Act, that will require certain people to isolate to prevent possible exposure or spread.

Places of worship will also be required to enforce proper screening, physical distancing and mask use, as well as record all contact information.
The letters of instruction are expected to be released soon.
