Winter weather travel advisory in effect.
Flurries coming in off of Georgian Bay will be heavy at times late this morning through this evening. Snowfall amounts of 2 to 4 cm may fall in one or two hours in areas that get heavy bursts of snow.
Snowfall amounts near the shoreline of Georgian Bay will be less due to flurries being mixed with rain showers.
Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions. Slow down driving in slippery conditions. Watch for taillights ahead and maintain a safe following distance. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.
