The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) has confirmed that a body was found on Saturday morning in Georgetown.
They first received a report of the body at roughly 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 13th. The body was located in Hungry Hollow, near the bridge on Mountainview Road in the south-end of town.
The death is currently under investigation. It is not believed to be suspicious at this time.
The name of the deceased will not be released.
