Essa Township has announced the Santa Claus Parade will not be going ahead this year.
Santa will however be making an appearance at the Angus Legacy Tree Lighting December 3rd.
The tree lighting will take place at the Angus Recreation Centre at 6pm.
Carols will be sung and the Essa Fire Department will ensure the jolly ole elf makes it to and from the event safely.
