Police have released information indicating that at least one vehicle witnessed a collision between a train and car that claimed two lives.
Nottawasaga OPP were called to the rail crossing at 5th Line on October 14.
One person was confirmed deceased on scene, four were taken to a Trauma Centre in Toronto with serious injuries.
Once has since succumbed to their injuries.
Investigators are requesting for assistance from the public regarding anyone who may have seen anything or any vehicles in the area at the time of the collision.
One person remains in hospital, two people have been released.
Witnesses are asked to contact Nottawasaga OPP.
