The new wheeled waste cart system rolls out today (nov 1) in Simcoe County.
Warden George Cornell has a reminder about some of the rules around their use.
Warden Cornell says the spacing is to assist with the mechanical arms on the trucks.
He says if you’re concerned about the size of the carts will have to wait until the new year to exchange them.
Smaller versions of the recycling and garbage carts will be available in February
They will be free until July and there will be a $50 delivery charge after that.
