The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit is reporting 5 new cases of COVID-19 in South Simcoe in the last day (oct 28).
All 5 cases come out of Bradford West Gwillimbury.
There were 23 in total in Simcoe County.
There are now 45 active cases in South Simcoe, down 3 since Thursday (oct 28) with 3 cases in hospital which is down 1.
The health unit now shows 87% of eligible residents of Simcoe Muskoka have had their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine with 83% now fully vaccinated.
