Residents in Milton can apply online for the 2021-2022 windrow removal program.
The program is available for residents 65 years+ and persons with disabilities.
Windrows are piles of snow left at the bottom of driveways after the snowplow passes. The service begins when the total accumulation of snow on the roadway exceeds 10 cm (four inches) and 24 hours after the Town has completed the plowing of all roads.
The online application is available as of 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 27th, and then in-person applications will be accepted on October 29th from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Milton Seniors’ Activity Centre.
The program will cost $63.
