Environment Canada has issued a Special Weather Statement calling for heavy rain today (oct 25).
The weather office says 25 to 40 mm are possible by tonight.
They add the heavy rain could create hazardous driving conditions with wet roads and reduced visibility.
Localized flooding in low lying areas is possible.
