Results are in from the first ever census on diversity within the Simcoe County District School Board.
Dawn Stephens is the Associate Director and Superintendent of Student Achievement with the school board.
She says results will be used to identify areas where opportunities exist for additional programs, supports and recourses.
Stephens says 3700 staff members completed the census, as did 51% of the students, or almost 27,000 from all the schools within the Simcoe County District School Board.
