There are now 55 active cases in South Simcoe, up 4 since Wednesday (oct 6) with 3 cases in hospital is also unchanged.
The health unit still shows 85% of eligible residents of Simcoe Muskoka have had their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine with 80% fully vaccinated.
