Who thought this was a good idea?
The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) says its officers stopped a small black Volkswagen Jetta that was towing a black Honda hatchback behind it. It was stopped sometime on Thursday morning in Milton.
“The Jetta had a Temp Validation, no valid safety certificate, defective brakes, missing exhaust, cracked windshield, defective lights & much more,” the HRPS says in a tweet. It adds that plates were seized.
