Unvaccinated Honda employees are being offered a cash incentive to get the COVID vaccine.
Just not here…
The American arm of the vehicle manufacturer is handing out $400 to each worker who rolls up their sleeve for a COVID shot.
Honda Canada, with their car plant in Alliston, has opted not to offer compensation in exchange for a date with a needle.
But does say if employees are able to receive the vaccine on company time their pay will not be docked.
The company has not announced any vaccine mandate as of yet but they strongly recommend all employees receive the immunization, on both sides of the border.
