An Innisfil man with a history of facing sexual charges has been arrested by South Simcoe Police.
Officers were called to a home in a north-east neighbourhood on September 11 regarding a report of a male masturbating in public.
The suspect was witnessed by a woman and her 14 year old daughter, as the act took place in-front of their home.
The suspect has been identified as 26 year old Benjamin Danby.
He is facing charges of Exposure to a person under the age of 16 and Breach of Probation.
Police are asking if there have been witnesses to similar incidents, if so to contact them or Crime Stoppers.
The 26 year old was forced to relocate from Alberta following charges of Forcible Confinement, Voyeurism and Assault after a 10 year old girl there was allegedly lured
into the bush on the promise of seeing some kittens.
He now lives with his parents in Innisfil as part of his probation.
