Zellers is apparently making a comeback!
According to Retail-Insider.com, Hudson’s Bay has brought back the classic Canadian department store at one of its locations, and it happens to be in Halton. The Hudson’s Bay store at the Burlington Centre has launched a Zellers pop-up store.
The article goes on to say “The Zellers pop-up at Burlington Centre features a range of products including Canada-themed apparel and home goods. Red floor tape indicates the boundaries of the Zellers space located on the second floor of the Hudson’s Bay store.”
Zellers, for the most part, has been closed in Canada since March 2013. This return of sorts has been widely well received it seems as ‘Zellers’ is currently trending #7 across the country.
The big question on everyone’s mind is: will the restaurant also make a comeback?
