Mixing vaccines is nothing new but the COVID vaccine IS new and the medical community is recommending you wait between different shots.
Dr. Charles Gardner is the Chief Medical Officer of Health with the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit.
He says if you have recently received a COVID vaccine, you should wait at least a month before you get the flu shot.

Dr. Gardner says if you have had both your COVID shots, mark off 30 days on your calendar as flu vaccines will become available in October.
