Two teenage men are facing serious but non-life threatening injuries from a late night single-vehicle collision in Oakville.
The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) says the crash happened at roughly 2:31 a.m. on Monday, September 13th in Oakville. The initial investigation revealed that a Toyota Corolla sedan was eastbound on Leighland Avenue approaching the intersection with Robarts Road when it lost control and left the roadway. After losing control, the vehicle struck a hydro box and came to rest on the lawn of a residence.
The two men, one 18-years-old (passenger) and the other 19-years-old (driver), are from Oakville.
The Collision Reconstruction Unit has taken carriage of the investigation. Any witnesses who have not yet spoken to police are asked to call 905-825-4747 ext: 5065.
