A local section of Highway 401 will be closing this weekend.
The Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) says Highway 401 will be closed in both directions between James Snow Parkway and Trafalgar Road. This will start on Saturday, August 14th at 10:00 p.m.. It is expected to last until noon on Sunday, August 15th.
The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) tweeted out detour routes for residents to follow, saying residents can follow either Steeles Avenue or Derry Road in Milton.
