A floor lamp is being recalled by Health Canada due to being a potential fire hazard.
The Dash Floor Lamp is primarily sold at Urban Barn. There are two locations in Oakville, and a few nearby in Mississauga.
The company reported that 1,895 units of the affected product were sold in Canada. The affected products were sold from February 2015 to April 2018.
The affected model number is 56006 and the UPC is 2050000387807.
Health Canada says the foot switch may overheat and start a fire. As of Friday, April 9th, the company has received three reports of melted floor switches in Canada, and no report of injuries.
