A person-in-crisis case in Oakville on Sunday morning came to a ‘safe conclusion’.
The Halton Police says it happened in the area of Devon Rd. and Wedgewood Drive. A number of police resources were deployed including uniform patrol officers, tactical officers, K9, and crisis negotiators, with the goal of bringing this incident to a safe conclusion.
Residents nearby were asked to seek shelter as roads closed.
The male was eventually apprehended with no physical injuries reported.
