Seven people are facing impaired driving charges after being stopped by the Halton Police last weekend.
One of those cases involved Milton:
On February 14th, just after 5:00 pm, Halton Police officers responded to a collision in the area of Guelph Junction Road and Campbellville Road in Milton. As a result of an investigation, a 50-year old Milton man was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.
Remember, driving under the influence is considered a crime in progress. Call 9-1-1 immediately if you suspect that someone on the road is driving impaired.
