The Halton Regional Police Service has arrested three men after it was found that they had stolen over $300,000 worth of Personal Protective Equipment from their employer.
The three men work for a Burlington business that sells safety and cleaning products. Since September, large quantities of latex gloves and cleaning chemicals had gone missing. An investigation determined that three employees had orchestrated the theft of these items from the business.
19-year old Jonathan Kendall of Burlington is facing:
- Theft Over $5000
24-year old Joel Owatan of Burlington is facing:
- Theft Over $5000 (4 counts)
28-year old Alexander Tejada of Oakville is facing:
- Theft Over $5000 (4 counts)
All three accused were released from custody on an Undertaking.
