Two Milton residents are facing charges after a drug and weapon seizure was held at a Campbellville Road home.
In addition to several unauthorized firearms and ammunition, investigators also located and seized stolen property, 22 grams of methamphetamine and 53 oxycodone pills.
26-year old Brendan Holmes-Gillies is facing:
- Unauthorized possession of a firearm (x3)
- Knowledge of unauthorized possession of a firearm (x3)
- Contravention of storage regulations (x3)
- Careless storage of a firearm (x3)
- Contravention of storage regulations
- Careless Storage of ammunition (2)
- Possession of methamphetamine
56-year old Robert Gillies is facing:
- Unauthorized possession of a firearm (x3)
- Knowledge of unauthorized possession of a firearm (x3)
- Contravention of storage regulations (x3)
- Careless storage of a firearm (x3)
- Contravention of storage regulations
- Careless storage of ammunition
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Methamphetamine
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Oxycodone
- Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000.00
Both accused have been released from custody pending a court appearance in Milton.
