A former Maplehurst Correctional Complex inmate is facing a charge of breaking and enter.
At roughly 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 8th, officers arrived on scene at a home in the area of Wilson Drive and Willow Avenue in Milton. According to the police report, a man had entered the home through the front door and was confronted by the homeowner. The suspect fled on foot and was arrested by HRPS officers a short distance away.
28-year old Olusegun Onidare of no fixed address was charged with:
- Break and Enter with Intent
An investigation determined that Onidare had been released from Maplehurst Correctional Complex a few hours earlier on December 8th.
Onidare was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
