This unsafe vehicle in Burlington is really something else.
In a tweet by the Halton Police, pictures show a wicker chair in-place of an actual drivers’ seat. The post says the “Licence plates [were] removed, car [was] towed, and driver [was] summonsed to court for Unsafe Vehicle and Seatbelt Inoperative.”
