Winner, winner, fancy dinner!
The Catch the Ace progressive raffle lottery has its first winner.
The Townsend Smith Foundation announced this week that Rebecca Hunter won $381.
The Executive Director with the Foundation, Kate Holmes, says Hunter will put the money to good use.
Hunter didn’t pull the ace of spades this week, so the draw will continue next week. She’s even purchased a ticket for the next draw with the hopes of being the first back-to-back winner.
At the time of writing, next week’s lottery is nearing $200, with the winner getting nearly $900 if they pull the Ace of Spades. Holmes says with how the last week capped off, it’s very likely that this next draw will be much higher than what Hunter won.
