COVID-19 cases in the Region of Halton are climbing fast.
Across Halton, we have 61 new cases being reported today. That brings the total to 2639. We have 2166 resolved and cases, and 39 people have died from the virus. That is one more than what was last reported on Friday. The death is believed to be an Oakville resident. Halton has 434 active cases.
In Milton, there are 16 new cases today. The total number is now at 634. There have been 522 resolved cases and four deaths in Milton. We are now at 117 active cases.
