The Halton Police has released last week’s list of impaired drivers.
Between Tuesday, October 27th and Thursday, October 29th, there were five impaired driving cases across Halton – two involved Milton.
On Tuesday, October 27th, just after 5:30 pm, Halton Police officers responded to a collision in the area of Appleby Line and Limestone Road in Milton. As a result of an investigation, a 46-year old Milton man was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.
On Tuesday, October 27th, just before 7:00 pm, Halton Police officers responded to a collision in the area of Thompson Road South and Hepburn Road in Milton. As a result of an investigation, a 71-year old Toronto resident was charged with blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.
Remember, driving under the influence is considered a crime in progress. Call 9-1-1 immediately if you suspect someone of driving impaired.
