The latest list of impaired drivers has been released by the Halton Police.
Over the weekend, there were three cases of impaired driving in Halton, two involved Milton.
On Saturday, October 24th, just before 2:00 a.m., a 48-year old Milton resident was stopped in the area of Walkers Line and New Street in Burlington. As a result of an investigation, they were charged with blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.
Less than an hour later, officers responded to a collision in the area of 5 Sideroad and Sixth Line in Halton Hills. As a result of an investigation, a 20-year old Milton man was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.
Remember, driving under the influence is considered a crime in progress. Call 911 immediately if you suspect that someone is driving impaired.
