myFM News is aware of a string of alleged thefts that occurred on Thanksgiving weekend in Milton.
The thefts took place at businesses along Steeles Avenue. Several of the known businesses are in the automotive industry.
The Halton Regional Police Service tells myFM News it is aware of the incidents and that an active investigation is ongoing. Multiple sources claim that a high-speed chase took place following a vehicle theft related to the cases. The Halton Police confirms that a pursuit was initiated, but ended quickly when the speeds became too high.
