An Ohsweken man is facing charges after being found in a stolen vehicle.
On Thursday, October 15th, a vehicle was stolen in London, Ontario. Later in the night, Halton Police was notified by Hamilton Police that the vehicle was spotted in the area. Halton officers located the stolen vehicle, but were unable to stop the driver. The vehicle was later found in York Region and the driver was arrested.
23-year old Dylan Hill of Ohsweken, a rural community within the Six Nations of the Grand River, is facing a list of charges:
- Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle
- Failure to Stop After Accident
- Flight from Peace Officer
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000
He was held for a bail hearing.
