A dump truck was stopped in Milton last week.
After an inspection by the Halton Police’s Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety Unit, it was found to be breaking several violations.
That included having a damaged tire and being overweight.
The driver was charged.
This Dump Truck was stopped on a 5 Ton maximum restricted road in Milton today. Inspection ensued which found the following defects: damaged tire, overweight on drive axles, overweight on RGW, overweight on allowable weight.
