A Burlington man is facing charges after an investigation into several break-and-enter cases.
The Halton Regional Police Service says that throughout the month of September, several businesses were broken into involving at least two suspects targeting A.T.M.’s where an undisclosed sum of money was stolen.
One suspect was identified and arrested on Saturday, October 3rd in Burlington.
48-year old John Bailey is facing:
- Break and Enter – Commit; contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada – (7 counts)
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (Fentanyl); contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order; contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
The accused was later released on a Form 10 Undertaking.
