Sunday was the Drum for Parkinson’s event.
Milton resident Kevin Farmer played the drums for 12 hours in support of Parkinson’s Research and doubled his fundraising goal dollars.
Farmer’s father has been living with Parkinson’s disease for 16 years.
He talks about what inspired this event.
Farmer says viewers chimed in throughout the day encouraging him and had up to 40-50 people watching at a time.
If you are interested in donating, he says you still can.
The final date is Wednesday, September 30th.
This year’s success has inspired him to start planning on making this an annual event.
