The Halton Police have released results of the commercial motor vehicle inspections they conducted on Tuesday, August 25th and Wednesday, August 26th.
The inspections were done in partnership with the Ministry of Transportation in Burlington. During the process, 111 heavy and light commercial vehicles were inspected, 40 vehicles were taken off the road, 110 provincial offence notices were issued, and there was one case of impaired driving.
