With two applications, 1600 homes could be coming to Milton.
Milton Town Council approved two motions with regards to housing development in the future.
One was an application from Pony Pines and the other is from Mattamy Homes.
The Regional Councillor for Ward 3, Mike Cluett, says that this is only the start.
He elaborates on some of the concerns that he’s heard from residents.
Councillor Cluett also says that they are trying to line up development to match growth.
