The Halton Regional Police Service has made an arrest in relation to a historical sexual assault case.
63-year old Zia Shah is facing one count of sexual assault.
The assault took place in Oakville in 2013.
At the time of the offence, Shah was a driving instructor and the 18 year-old victim was his student.
Police are concerned there may be more victims.
Shah worked at the Leaders Driving School, which was located on Lakeshore Rd. West in Oakville.
It’s no longer in business, but the Halton Police say Shah may have taught after the business closed.
