Residents are able to eat inside restaurants with the recent move to Stage Three.
myFM News spoke with Eddie Oliveira of EddieO’s PourHouse & Kitchen.
Oliveira says he was nervous opening the inside of his restaurant back up to the public.
He adds that customers at EddieO’s have told him they feel safe at the restaurant.
Oliveira says the biggest change from an all-patio business versus having the inside of restaurant open is dealing with Mother Nature.
You don’t need to watch the weather when people can eat inside.
He hopes the guidelines that have been provided can be maintained.
Oliveira says EddieO’s contact traces and sanitizes the restaurant properly. They even added plexiglass so that customers can feel safe inside the restaurant.
When it comes to what he wants to see added by the Ontario Government moving forward, he hopes to see an increase in more people allowed on the patios, and that we can get to the point where people can safely walk in and sit at the bar.
If you’re interested in attending a restaurant while the pandemic continues, but you’re unsure of what the protocols are, Oliveira breaks down what you should expect at EddieO’s.
If you’d like to book a reservation at EddieO’s, Oliveira recommends doing so online. You can do that by emailing Eddie@Eddieos.com.
