The Ontario Secondary School Teachers Federation in Halton has made it clear: there is still more that needs to be done as students are set to return to school.
Cindy Gage represents the Halton OSSTF.
She says that there is still a lot that needs to be cleared up.
With that being said, Gage says they have been in constant contact with the Halton District School Board.
She adds that she recognizes that this is still a constantly evolving situation.
The plan for reopening schools was announced last week and will see classrooms across the province reopen to students in September.
All students between Grades 4 and 12 will also be required to wear a mask, along with all staff.
