Gyms have opened, which means a lot of people are going to want to hit the ground running and go as fast as they can right away.
However, that may not be a good idea.
Personal trainer Jonathan Nicol says he’d advise against going too fast too quickly.
While the gym and the workout get the most attention there are other things you can do to improve your fitness level.
They include better nutrition and a good night’s sleep.
Nicol adds that most people he’s seen workout have been considerate, but that also needs to continue.
