The Town of Milton has hired a new fire chief.
Peter Gatto joins the Milton Fire Department with over 30 years of experience and was formerly the Deputy Chief of Brampton Fire and Emergency Services.
Gatto will assume his role on August 17th.
The Town of Milton extends their thanks to Acting Chief Kevin Foster.
In a press release, they commend Foster as”his sound guidance and leadership as Acting Chief, and as the Community Emergency Management Coordinator, has been critical in Milton’s COVID-19 response to date.”
Foster will return to his role as Deputy Chief of Milton.
