Milton summer camps are going to look a little different this year.
The Town will be offering camp bubbles of ten people which will include the staff as well as the campers.
These groups will be determined by age or developmental stage; however, siblings can be placed in the same group if possible.
The groups act as a household – reducing the need to wear a mask if a two metre distance can’t be guaranteed and each bubble will not interact with others.
Facility spaces will only be used by one bubble at a time.
Camp begins on Monday, July 20th and will run weekly until September 4th.
Items will be disinfected before and after each bubble’s use.
Staff are ensuring that there are separate entrances and exits for each group in order to maintain distancing and to keep the bubbles separate.
Camp organizers will send parents their pick-up and drop-off designations via email the Thursday before camp begins.
