On Friday the Milton Fire Department responded to a fire that ravaged a 150-year old barn on Sixth Line Nassagaweya, South of 15 Side Road.
Firefighters from both Milton and Halton Hills used water tanker support from both municipalities to fight the blaze as there are no fire hydrants in the area.
Officials estimate about 100,000 dollars in damages.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation but it appears to have been an accident.
