Both the Halton Region and Province of Ontario have updated their latest statistics for the novel coronavirus.
In Milton, we have two new confirmed positive cases, making the total 195 total. We also have 19 probable cases. There have been 192 recoveries since the outbreak, and four deaths. That means we saw a one-case increase in active cases, bringing us to 18 locally.
The only new cases in Halton are the two new cases in Milton. That brings the region’s total to 733. There are also 79 probable cases. With the 730 recoveries (eight in the last 24-hours) and 25 deaths, we have 57 active cases in Halton. That is six less than yesterday’s total.
