
The Halton Police have released their list of impaired drivers for the days between Friday May 29th and Sunday May 31st.
There were nine cases in the region over the three day span, six of which involved Milton.
On May 29th just after 7:30 p.m., the Halton Police responded to a citizen initiated complaint in the area of Hawthorne Crescent and Vanier Drive in Milton where they charged a 40-year old man from Port Hope for driving while impaired.
Just before 11:00 p.m. on the same day, the Halton Police were conducting a traffic stop in the area of Thompson Road South and Clark Boulevard in Milton when they charged a 28-year old Milton woman with impaired driving.
On May 30th, just before 2:00 p.m., the Halton Police responded to a collision in the area of Lawson Road and Steeles Avenue East in Milton where they charged a 26-year old Milton woman.
On May 30th, just after 6:00 p.m.,the Halton Police responded to a citizen-initiated complaint in the area of Thompson Road and Derry Road in Milton where they charged a 36-year old Milton man.
On that same day, the Halton Police responded to a citizen-initiated complaint in the area of Derry Road and Appleby Line in Milton where they charged a 52-year old Milton man.
On May 31st just after 12:30 a.m., the Halton Police responded to a citizen-initiated complaint in the area of Donnelly Street and Lancaster Boulevard in Milton. They charged a 26-year old Burlington man with impaired driving.
The Halton Police say they remind the public that driving under the influence is a crime in progress and to call 9-1-1 if you suspect someone is driving under the influence.
