The Halton Region has released a video teaching residents the ‘do’s and don’ts’ of wearing a mask.
The video features their Medical Officer of Health, Dr. Hamidah Meghani, providing tips.
She says that it’s important to understand that the mask is just a tool and not a cure-all.
The tips include washing your hands before putting the mask and after taking the mask off, as well as ensuring that it covers your mouth and nose fully.
